Contest prize for Bolthound

The last contest prize for the third place in ShadeofShinon contest and even if supposed to be "just" a sketch up to 3 characters with simply background,
IT WAS THE HARDEST ONE TO ME.

bolthound, I am sorry for your wait. I wondered many times what exactly to  draw. I've got 2 nice ideas, but because of perspective and complicated set of everything and trying to make good, quite flowing composition I was had to give up and that's how this sketch was born, after like 5 tries and few more ideas in my head.
Might I am just not talented for battles, sparring and training of some Pokemon. Especially those dynamic.

I hope you like it. I liked your different designs and description of your Pokemon, not to mention your style that's pleasure to me

Gaaaah, seriously, this one prize was a real trouble to me and I am not sure what to think about it. I think I am just not talented to draw battles,
since they're rather "meh" to me. There must have purpose to me, a goal, thought behind it, because I am just bored seeing 48238473827th time a single Pokemon vs Pokemon
where rather each one standing opposite each ohter and BLAAAAAST! and we all are like YEEAH IT'S SOO COOL!

...if I'll be drawing battles in my comic, I'll try to put what I imaginate and this is hell hard, because of the movement, dynamic, poses,
reactions. Composition. This is what also prevents me from making comic, even if I have first 5 pages event in my head, but it will be a battle.

Anyway! Here I sketched Avenger,female Charizard preparing to make wing attack(it's not just a hit with a wing, but Pokemon denses the air on the wing) seeing how Mica female young Lucario with some Riolu traits(you can see my Riolu take here: weirda208.deviantart.com/art/Z… ) is focused ONLY n sparring and trying to hit Ben, male older Lucario that might is a kind of grandpa, but he is in great condition and also teaches Mika how to fight.
Mica used metal claw to also have a chance to raise attack, not to mention it is blind-speed move, but Ben is more experienced with his use of sensors and predictiong opponent moves, so he stopped her attack with Shadow claw move.

I...I have so many wonders, worries,anxietes about the way of "reading" the drawing, composition,
good concept that is not only about full of nothing than an action. Furthermore, knowing people enjoy action also discourages me,
because my stories are rather about what's before and after battles and things for a life than lessons in battle.
sigh...My perfectionism is my hardest and heaviest ill.

Anyone who read this and somehow is person who makes comic: if you think I am awesome, I will tell you I feel I am not.
I lack motivaion and courage to make my stories real, I wish I would be like those who makes comic. So you are better for me,
even if you will say I have way more drawing skills.

It is interesting among three contest prizes I was had to draw Charizard two times, but luckily two different
