Cryolic, Ceragicrest

Maybe Ceragicrest looks really like a lizard, but believe I was
thinking about a theropod(carnivore dinosaur)with only lizard
crest as an evolved form of small thing on Cryolic's head.

Some people says that its born from night sky because
of its body that remains it.It can create illusion,but only
for a short time-luckily it's enought for escape from a danger.

Just after Cryolic evolve, it learns a metronome attack-
it's a beginning of being a really fascinating reptile that uses
multiple type of moves that combined with its intelligence
can beat even the strongest opponents.
Many people believe that if you tough Ceragicrest, you will
got some of its power or it will make your wish came truth.
If it meets weak opponent,it use an illusion to make it scared
and run away.
