Literature Text

1) Aura is part of Pokemon universe same as atoms, oxygen, Pokemon types etc.
Human just doesn't has yet technology AND methods to study it.
Even Alakazams claim to scientists we don't.

2) Does human understand Pokemon speech?

Yes and no.

It depends on some factors in my Pokemon universe.

even the main character, Weirda Mirrart, doesn't know everything about that phenomenom and she tries to solve it.

the basic "rule" is, at first you hear everything from your Pokemon as it's fully like animal in our World.
You can guess more or less accurate from its body talk what's willing to say to you.

Through the time, when a bond between two is formed, human will hear Pokemon sounds in its human speech.
Because many young trainers nowadays take care at their Pokemon and want to listen to them, it's instant change.

However, sometimes even if you took your heart and spend a lot of time, like years with your Pokemon, IT WON'T GUARANTEE YOU that you'll understand its speech.

Why?

Because of auras that can't fuse enough. The bond, the time spended with our Pokemon makes us feel, sense its temper and personality.
As Lucario would explain that to you, it's just coming from enough of fused auras between you two.
Some Pokemon and human unfortunately cannot fuse their aura or only few layers fuse, but it's not enough to let human understand its talk.

Kids easily understand even wild fairy types, but often when they grow up, they "lost" this opportunity.

Kind, selfless and altruistic people often will NEVER understand dark type Pokemon.
Their specific layer of the aura charactristic for dark types only can block aura fusion. Dark types often (but not always and not every Pokemn species) has just no possibility to be empathic because of that.

If aura's and/or personality of both human and Pokemon are very similar, human will understand Pokemon's speech from the beginning.

If Pokemon talks, but subcoinciously is afraid of telling you something, you won't hear its speech in your language, because Pokemon "closes to you".
Example in comic: Weirda's Houndoom, sometimes her newbie in team Quilladin

That's why extravert Pokemon are often understood even by other people than only their trainers.

Legendary and very rare Pokemon are exception- it's also why they've been respected and admired by many from being special in that matter.
Examples: since I am not a god and cannot share my whole story, so far you have a fan-fic with Mega Rayquaza where two human meeting it for the first time were able to understand its speech.

3) Pokeball has two modes/states as well as...there's a Storage Ball;

stand-by mode and frozen mode.

Stand-by is based on Pokemon Manga, where Pokemon can see through Pokeball like through huge glass. It can also hear sounds and feel shaking.
Of course it won't hear everything, it's most likely like hearing through the wall. Recommended to let your Pokemon rest and if you cannot come into building
with Pokemon, you can secretly take its  Pokeball and let it observe what you do, where do you go.

Frozen state is when Pokeball gets minimalized. Pokemon is converted into data and frozen in timespace.
Recommended to activate when Pokemon got injured in battle.

Storage ball; it's not my idea, but comes from Jay-Law

Storage ball are programmed to keep everything else what Pokeball doesn't: an equipment and/or food.

They have orange half instead of red like standard Pokeball has.

my commentary: it's sure that with such high-advanced technology and settings/scripts describing hat Pokeball CANNOT "catch" there should be created "balls"
which allows us to keep equipment.
Yes, people use backpacks and of course their Pokemon don't mind carrying big backpacks with equipment, but in region like Unova, it's just IMPOSSIBLE a lot of people would be with their Pokemon carrying a lot of equipment in places where they gather to organize expeditions or travells. Also, in wild, it might be too dangerous to have a lot of food and create a danger of luring wild Pokemon. Through the time, such thing like Storage ball should just come to exist in my opinion.
Albeit it's not a bless- it's not comfortable to have too much Storage balls for different stuff or every time release all the equipment from it just to take one certain thing.

4) THE POKEDEX IS A LIE?

Pokedex was made for trainer's awarness about species, not as Pokemon encyclopedia.
Yes, Pokedex is a lie. Well, kind of.

Wei fastly realized that and her journey is dedicated to study and discover what's unknown from Pokedex.

But why Pokedex lies? Shall it be changed?

Here's another thing that main human character considers: the idea of some Pokemon information about habitat with the state "unknown".
Most of trainers are young, catch wild Pokemon and many of them are so self-confident or what's the worst, there are many Pokemon hunters.
Hunting for shiny Pokemon as cheap, easy and fast way to get them sold for high price instead of breeding for one with many of efforts.

Most of people also aren't honestly interested into Pokemon. They only want to read what's necessary AND SHORT.

(It's also inspired from real life, where I see many young ppl getting just disgusted by just a thought they have to read around A4 paper sheet)

Pokedex entries are mainly a warning or making ppl awarness of what to expect from Pokemon species.

The Pokedex itself is programmed with all data, but as mini-computer, for best work it has to do as less calculations as possible. Like computer slows down a lot when having too much opened complicated programs
and having too much fullfilled disc drive, Pokedex doesn't make you acess to all regional's species at first.
You also have to update it into National Dex later if  that's needed.

why Pokemon Professor asks you with the help in research then?

I know this comes to mind as when I explain quite in-deph Pokedex, but I am still feeling the concept is not nailed
yet. I don't need to do so soon, since in Kalos main character, Weirda Mirrart, will deny getting starter and Pokedex
from prof. Sycamore. I will try to answer this basic question when about doing Sinnoh backstory.

5) Are there other source of information than Pokedex then?

But of course! Like irl, there's internet. There are many websites not only for dog and cat Pokemon breeders,
but also forums and ongoing encyclopedia projects, but of course it takes time and you sometimes won't find everything
you looked for there.

6) Professor Oak, well known...David Attenborough reincarnation

In my Pokemon universe, Prof. Oak is like David Attenborough. Now he went into retirement because of Alzeiheimer.
You know why... not remembering his grandson name?
At least he remembers he has got a grandson. I believe....because with advanced Alzeiheimer Samuel Oak can act weird to those who meet him, even his own family.

7) Roark and Byron Gym leaders and the bone wars.

These two are kind of reincarnation of Edward Drinker Cope and Charles Othniel Marsh, having rivarly with discovering
new species and subspecies of prehistoric Pokemon.

8) Gym Leaders- not only to gain a badge

Gyms are for Pokemon like gyms are for us irl- a place to train. Some Gym Leaders asks challengers to book their battle
ahead, since they get a lot of challengers and there would be simply chaos. In game we play and go into gym alone,
but I don;t think there's low amount of trainers entering gyms. Maaaybe if someone would have headcanon
there's way smaller population of human in Pokemon universe....but not me.

Gym leaders are also organising various events like lessons, so they can be actually very busy.

Example in comic: Maylene and Korrina organising and keeping eye on martial arts etc lessons their Gyms organize officialy.

9) Cars? Streets?

They exist, but like some people got used to this since childhood or wants something different, they start a journey
and go into totally unurbanic places...that you know from the game.
Almost all streets and all highways have to be seprated and enough far away from Pokemon habitat to not disturb them or to not bring a disaster as we talk about Pokemon. Creatures that can shoot Hyper Beams or Flamethrowers!

That's why if any highway is seen in the background, its from highland at greater distance, but they DO exist.

10) Experience and evolving

In game mechanic is simple: you win battle, you gain experience points, Pokemon's level and strenght grows.

In real life, even when you lose, you learn something. It's exprience.
Pokemon learn also just by living with human and their Pokemon.

Albeit the most wanted experience is that for battling. some Pokemon radomly appearing in my stories know moves from pretty high level, but they might not be experienced at battle, suprisly.

11) Moves- quantity or quality? 4 or more?

To answer the second question: more than 4, but only 4 moves at serious and official battles as the test and challenge are allowed.

Of course as I will say that Pokemon in my universe know more than 4 moves, you will want to ask if they know all level-up moves
and can learn countless amount of TM ?

Of course NOT! Not only it would be so hardly unfair, but also I don't see that would ever happen, even to Alakazam.

The more moves, the harder is for Pokemon to remember them all. Like we learn a lot through education and complicated things
like maths and physics are hard to handle in big amount, Pokemon also has such limit.

Albeit for Gym battles, facing E4 or champion or just for advanced challenge, there's classic limit of 4 moves.
Gym Leader will ask challenger to think before battling about what 4 moves it will use through all battle and it has to keep with them.
Battles are recorded, if you'll use 5th move, you get disqualified and have to rematch Gym Leader.

12) Pokemon moves quality!

When you do something often and since long time, it will come naturally to you and at some point you'll do it
way faster than at first tries. Same goes for Pokemon- their first learned moves which commonly are weak,
through the time become mastered. Competitive trainers rarely will appreciate that since they rely on OHKO strategy.
Albeit when facing wild Pokemon, it can be just life-saving to command your Pokemon for weaker, but way faster moves.

Also, Pokemon moves changes through the time as it masters it.

A wing attack from newly evolved Charicard will be simply a slap of wing with compacted air around its edge
as it densed it few seconds before impact. An Aerodactyl, born for dynamic and fast flights reptile will do rapid spin
before an impact to create even stronger air power around the wing edge also to gain less damage on its bones,
so its wing attack is stronger through this technique.

13) COMBO!

Some skilled/talented Pokemon can combine their moves into combos. However, it's illegal at official battles or just not accepted by trainers.

Since Pokemon games improve, movesets also change.
Personally I've got surprised that Marshtomp doesn't learn Protect before evolving...but now in ORAS it does.
Just personal example. I explain that as the more we know about Pokemon AND battling, we can enable them to use moves that they couldn't learn about 10 years ago, when our knowledge was low.
(I HOPE IT'S FAIR ENOUGH)

14)
a)Pokemon stages seems to go as the first stage is child stage, middle stage is teenager and the final stage
is adult. Not always in my Pokemon universe. Pokemon can stay longer at first or second stage for longer time
or from holded everstone or from getting no opportunity to evolve, BECAUSE POKEMON STAGES ARE POKEMON SPECIES TO ME.
THEY CAN BREED LIKE IN GAME, BUT ONLY WHEN REACHING MATURITY.

It's just the advantage of getting stronger AND living longer(except few Pokemon like Masquerain or Ninjask)
that makes Pokemon evolve.

Pokemon grows and changes in apperance the closer to evolution into next stage is.

b)Stored evolution energy

You know or not, there are some odd Pokemon in-game which evolved before they should!
Examples that comes to my mind now are Drapion in Great Marsh(lv 30) while Skorupi evolves at lv 40 and Ghetsis Hydreigon, which is lv 52-54, while Zweilous evolves at lv64.

I fit my headcanon as if Pokemon wasn't "in hurry" because of stress or intense trainig to evolve into final stage, but it took it around year or two, it will store more energy and thus will be bigger. However, it's not strict rule and not always happen, but very often. If Pokemon will be forced to evolve quicker, it can out of stress, but usually or it will live shorter dying for heart attack for examlpe, or it will be smaller.

examples in comic: for now I'll mention only Draco the Salamence which is way bigger than common Salamence, because he waited as Shelgon about 4 years whole, but not counting being in PC two years before he evolved.

15) Ghost Pokemon have partically shape-shifting ability

They're made from spiritual energy with mix of other material, like liquid gases for Gastly line. They're flexible, more or less.

This ability is used to scare easier as to surprise, but it came from defensive purpose- their spiritual concentration of energy analogical to our vitals or heart can be moved when just about to get hit.

Normally fighting and normal-type attacks cannot affect them, but Foresight enables to see the localisation of this concentration.

16) Ghost Pokemon see aura and life energy with their "eyes". Specific human and Pokemon lures them like moths to light.

From scientific side ghost Pokemon need to feed on electronic impulses living organism produces, almost always it's about neuronic system.
Albeit since aura is something we cannot study, we don't understand ghost Pokemon fully from scientific look.

Aura can be associated and explained as kind of life energy emanating from living organism with their first breath.

Aura layers can have complicated colors and texture, depending on factors like morality, sensibility, vital energy, intuition and subconsciousness.
If we have shallow breath, aura becomes less visible and looks like sticking to our body rather than create an area around the body.
Usually it happens to dying or ill people (or Pokemon), but some of healthy ones looks in ghost Pokemon eyes like tastful AND easy source of energy.

That's why Lucario sometimes comes to random people and warns them as they'll be luring ghost Pokemon which can try feed on them intentionally or not.

Example in comic: the main human character, Weirda Mirrart. That's why she's also afraid of ghost Pokemon. She just knows her aura is so attractive in those Pokemon eyes...

17) There are human with abnormal abilities as secretly minority of human population.

Examples: psychic trainers-but these actually aren't secretive since there are many schools and places for them, Riley from Iron Island, Olymphia the Gym Leader of Anistar City's Gym, also one of Weirda's friends...

18) Pokemon- like an animal? Or an
anthropomorphism?

Here's my personal little struggle trying to balance both animal and
anthropomorphism side of Pokemon.
Like in many movies, tales, cartoon, my Pokemon OC are anthropomorphized, but they also has animal side.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CAUGHT IN WILD AND DOMESTICATED POKEMON
...is big. Pokemon that have been among human and domesticated Pokemon will act more like human character and has easily recognisable in our eyes gestues.
Wild Pokemon or caught in wild will act more like an animal.

19) The basic intelligence and instinct restraint

Since Pokemon are basically kind of counterpart of animal in our World, Pokemon's brain structure and methabolism depends.
Their way of understanding our speech too.

Bird, advanced reptilian and mammalian Pokemon are the most welcome among everyone, because of their intelligence and social abilities(bird and mammal ones)

Albeit amphibian and reptile Pokemon, having more part of the brain responsible for movement than mammal Pokemon are better with advanced and difficult acrobations.
That's why Heliolisk and Greninja can not only run on water surface from the speed and build of feet, but they can actually change direction or jump from water surface while running! Mammal Pokemon, even if would manage to run on water's surface thanks to speed and lucky build of feet, won't manage to do anything else than run in stright direction.

Fish, amphibian, reptile and invertebrate Pokemon have low social skills and hardly learn advanced/complicated things at first.
That's why they're rarely seen/called as friends or "true" pets among human.

However, for some Pokemon trainers amphibian and reptilian Pokemon are even more important then mammalian ones; it's because unlike mammals, basic intelligence and brain build makes the first two groups of Pokemon lead towards independence and more logical reasoning of situation, as well as they're well known for being fearless- it's all because of very low emotional reactions which can be supported through their training.

Fish Pokemon can be supported in training their natural instincts and quick reactions, intuition that can help communicate with strangers without use of words. Some people believe that giving a birth underwater under care of trained and trustful fish Pokemon is they way to bless a newborn child.
Some Pokemon rangers, marine rescuers and Pokemon safari Rangers are training and teaching their water types, especially fish Pokemon to warn about suspicious water state- before laboratories are ready to give research results, some waters gets poisoned by a death body or poison type attack after a Pokemon battle, which can be really troublesome unless a Pokemon swims in certain place and feels through its gills there's something wrong- and they're never wrong with their guesses.

At first...now you should read important AND weird headcanon for my poke-universe in the next point

20) Human's influence on Pokemon's intelligence <--now this might be weird, but will be mentioned often as it's important headcanon for my poke-universe

This is also part of answer why Pokemon wants to be with human: their intelligence raises not only as they're learn, trained and domesticated, but their IQ and cells in brain are getting more advanced than their wild counterparts.

Alakazam and/or Lucario will explain it as our aura's fusions and time they spend on learning to live with us affects their DNA.

Weird? If you don't know our lifestyle affects our DNA, I am sure it might me hard to accept.

21) quite fun headcanon(?) or trivia that Pokemon consider people lack awarness and doesn't know well about...how to find and get mate.

Pokemon rely on their instincts and intuition, they also have stronger instict to reproduce and look for a mate.
In their eyes human's complicated and
prudent choosing "second half" is seen as we're a bit klutz...if they care about us, our Pokemon will try to help...

Examples in comic: at this moment, in future Hoenn's story Weirda's shiny Ninetales will sometimes use her tails to push gently Weirda OR Andre to the other one as Amaterasu considers Weirda doesn't knows how to express her feelings :giggle:
Think about that: do you want to touch Ninietales tail or just agree with that annoying situation?

22) Pokemon are looking for specific aura among others(mostly human)

One of those weird headcanons/theories that tries to explain what's in Pokemon fandom.

Maybe it's not as common as I see, but many of us tend to create human OC(mostly trainer) with Pokemon that's fitting their personality, if not reflecting it.
Why human doesn't struggle often with stubborn Pokemon that has troublesome personality?

Here's something you would know from my Sinnoh backstory.

"Long ago, when Sinnoh had just been made, Pokémon and humans led separate lives. That is not to say they did not helpeach other. No, indeed they did. They supplied each other with goods, and supported each other.A Pokémon proposed to the others to always be ready to help humans. It asked that Pokémon be ready to appear before humans always. Thus, to this day, Pokémon appear to us if we venture into tall grass."

So far, who have seen in Nuzlocke Pokemon caught as defending territory or wanting just food from trainer?
...
...hmmmm
....I think ppl have headcanon this just doesn't happen.

Also, we encounter often weak Pokemon. Many might be lost, but I have headcanon they rarely feel helpless as not being able to survive on their own.
Many Pokemon decide to LOOK FOR Pokemon trainer, usually with personality or nature they want.

Of course many are young and unexperienced, they can make mistake with choosing right, suitable Pokemon trainer.

23) Dragon Pokemon, Pokemon cultures.

Before the right part, what is said to differ human and animal? One of these is, we have our culture transmitted over generations.
It cannot be said for Pokemon and human, however.

Dragon Pokemon are indeed special in my poke-universe: they're inspired on dragons. that means they're, but mostly have been respected all over the World for their strenght, abilities and...intelligence. They also have often their own culture.

Wild dragon Pokemon are awarness of their species and even of other dragon types. It has explanation in evolutionary psychology: ragon type is weak to itself, so they should know what to expect from another dragon type in their habitat.

24) Fossil AND dragon Pokemon feel they're superior, so they should be respected

"Borrowed" headcanon from TipsyRa1d3n as it fits how I see dragon Pokemon AND I totally agree it apply to fossil or most of prehistoric Pokemon.

They all have been superiors at their times or as for many dragon Pokemon they are still in wild habitat.

You shouldn't fight with that and try to change these Pokeon attidute, but understand AND respect it.

25) How it comes the offspring is always female's species?
Here's my theory to explain game mechanics as well as I know most of hybrid are infertile because of different number of chromosome (albeit I know there are hybrids
that are able to produce)

We often see that Pokemon are eager to have young with different species. We human know breeding different species can give a young with amazing moves.
Pokemon probably know that instictally. Through the time, evolution gave them ability to prevent the chromosome difference that would cause offspring to be unable
to reproduce:

Mitochondrium is always inherited from mother side AND it's a part of cell that produces energy....so, as we talk about creatures that can manipulate and multiply energy,
the female species Mitochondrium outtakes the male species DNA to always result in her species offspring.
This results as hybrid can inherit slightly seen feathures in apperance, but always a father species move.
However, sometimes youngs inherit many traits from different species and hybrid results in being more or less "fifty-fifty" offspring of two different species.

Examples in comic:
SO MANY. Weirda Mirrart is fascinated in this phenomenom and wants to study it. Especially that she knows people denied in past such "fifty-fity" hybrids like her Scrafty, Zuzy. Nowadays, people are more awarness and mania to get perfect Pokemon is not so strong. (why this? since X/Y youngs can get also mothers move and human are more tolerant to differences and odds among each other in modern times.)

26) Some illegal things...

-having more than six Pokemon with you. It has been set in law and electronic systems(including Pokeballs) are programmed to allow you having six Pokemon with you.
The in-deph explanation what about seventh captured Pokemon will be shown in Sinnoh backstory as Weirda Mirrart will start her journey.
Exceptions? If you're registered Pokemno breeder or minder, you can have more Pokemon around you as they're not registered in Pokeballs yet or borrowed for taking care at them

-selling Pokemon
(come on, my Pokemon World is not an utopia and if you have a lotof money, why would you waste time to catch good Pokemon yourself or waste time by looking for good Pokemon to offer for trade if you can just buy it?)

-breeding Pokemon on your own if you're not Pokemon breeder AND taking more than one from Day-care
Ahh Day-Care. In game mechanic is that you can get one egg. Albeit it clashes with realistic take as Pokemon offspring results with more than one young.
Since I have headcanon at last starter Pokemon are endangered species and need to be breeded to raise population, there goes headcanon:

Day-Care offers best quality on safety, place for rest, feeding and even privacy to your Pokemon for really cheap price. It's all to make a deal as Pokemon trainer agrees to take only one young per offspring to help raise certain Pokemon species population or allow professional breeders to breed Pokemon for people who need a pet, starter or Pokemon for certain reason. Your Pokemon also can spend holidays there when left at the Day-Care alone if you don't have any place to leave them and you're good in heart to not leave them in PC box.

27) Do shiny Pokemon sparkle? Also, Pokemon subspecies? Breeds? ALBINO POKEMON?!

In my Pokemon Universe there exist Pokemon subspecies.

The shiny is an alternate colour, but I explain them to you as they came as a mutation on purpose. My headcanon is, usually they're subspecies.

Examples:
shiny ninetales and shiny Eevee are northern subspecies. Shiny Kabutops came to exist as Kabuto and Kabutops tried to exapnd the land which was had tropical climat and dense flora: green colour camouflaged them

Yes, in my poke-universe shiny Pokemon DO SPARKLE. It's a specific mutation that enables Pokemon to release unique, dazzling powder.
I'm sorry I haven't come up with solid explanation how exactly it works, especially that's not only about mammalian and bird Pokemon with fluff.

The dazzling dust enables them to blind for a while predator, so even if they're easily noticeable in wild, they have a chance to survive.
The specific mutation exist, since it can give some pros: when human came to exist, shiny Pokemon have higher chance to be noticed by trainers and so get more safe life.
Some shiny wild Pokemon easier get a mate thanks to beauty of the dazzling sparkles they can create.

Their ability to create sparkles or dazzling shine works similar to luminescence, so thanks to coming out a Pokeball when a bright light is present, the dazzle the most.
It's probably not thanks to the whole spectrum of sunlight, but UV only.
Inspired by scorpion's luminescnece heh x3

Like there are subspecies, there are also breeds, mostly seen among dog and cat Pokemon when bred for contest.

Furthermore, Albino Pokemon DO EXIST. Shiny Pokemon is NOT like albino irl.
You must be really, really lucky to see albino Pokemon since only few people keep them and they keep a really careful care at them with effort and love.
In wild, they rarely survive for long...as they doesn't has the "flash trick" like shiny do as well as their organism lacks vitamin D as well as they easily get sunburn.
If albino Pokemon occurs in offspring in the Day-Care, the trainer is at most only informed about that. You must prove you can take care at albino Pokemon with documents and that you have enough of knowledge about that.

Examples in comic: Tinagi's Amaterasu, Sinnoh backstory:
musican gijinkas AND MY HEADCANONS

28) Legendary Pokemon are NOT represented by single of kind and they CAN breed. Most of them, if not all, are extinct species.

A very quick example: Xerneas is like Megaloceros, Raikou- Smilodon, Entei- cave lion, Suicune- I know the origin of it, please don't hate me for sharing evolution phenomenom
as I consider Suicune being like Ambulocetus. Legendary Pokemon, like dinosaur fossil in our World, are extinct species which inspired people to create myths and legends about them. Albeit we talk about alternate World, the World of Pokemon: few luckily survived till modern times, but if someone will tell that saw one, it will be seen as seeing a cryptid...

The reason why legendary Pokemon doesn't breed in game is hopefully oblivious to you.

Albeit just...look.

"UNDISCOVERED". Not unbreedable. NON DISCOVERED (yet)
That's why I consider they breed.

Albeit I salute the guy TipsyRa1d3n for explaining no gender and no ability(or rather, need) to reproduce for legendary Pokemon like here:
Pokemon Field Guide: Dialga Report

As they have population, they're like standar Pokemon species, but they DO HAVE important role in universe and they just have hideous existence cooperating with all other Pokemon to be able to avoid being spot by human or their Pokemon.

29) Psychic type Pokemon are NOT always super intelligent. Psychic type has just an ability of controlling their special powers coming from mind and nervous system.

I feel sorry to myself I am the only one who wasn't born with headcanon as psychic type is always with as great intelligence as human or beyond.

UNOWN AND WOBBUFET SHALL TAKE THE WORLD THEN.

Truly, Pokemon like Starmie, Unown, Chimecho, Sigilyph...I see them not being intelligent, but just having extraordinary psychic powers and specific nervous system.
They doesn't even have brain! Yet they can think...

30) Diamond, Pearl, Platinum...X/Y? my Pokemon universe timeline events

Pokemon games traditionally come in pair with cosmetic differences, mainly legendary "mascot"
Might I've heard from one guy the multiverse theory and I don't mind, but I have headcanon that will be also part of my stories...events from one game happen few years before or after events known from another game.

Examples in comic: Cyrus failed with his plan at Spear Pillar as he realized he was missing the third Pokemon, Giratina and plans to summon all three one year later
There's also similar thing in my Kalos story: after Lysandre almost died and killed team Flare members because of messing with Yveltal powers, he wants to use the power of different legendary: Xerneas, as also to gain eternal life.....but more you'll know from the comic.

31) Safety path

Just all those paths that are in game. Every trainer can travell through them to reach certain localization. All areas that are beyond the map in game... they exist.
As wilderness and dangerous areas, also as the place where wild Pokemon live in peace. Safety paths were also builded to prevent Pokemon trainers from catching endangered Pokemon or get into trouble if there's mating season for some aggressive/dangerous Pokemon. Or, as for Pokemon who have their own villages, human respect them and wanted to not interrupt into their natural habitat.

32) Money reward: the "degrees" of trainer's battle

Why we don't meet way stronger trainers, but always face those with similar level?
Of course it's in game story construction. Albeit I just wondered for a while and my brain created weird, but...I think nice headcanon(at last I like it):

Getting a Gym badge is not only to prove how strong you are or to take the challenge of facing Elite 4. By telling how many badges you've got or even showing which ones you have, other trainer know what expect from you if they are going to battle. Albeit the more experienced and stronger Pokemon you have, the harder is to find someone to battle. Not everyone wants participate competitive battles or theiR Pokemon gained high level just through the time, not from intense battling. Not to mention, many people likes new and fresh things. They want to start from new- that's why, even if having over 40+ level Pokemon, they will start training a new Pokemon that's even three times weaker than the rest.
The higher level of experience, the more money reward shall be gained. Some Pokemon trainers cannot afford at times giving worthly amount of money if they might lose.
That's another reason why they decide to get less experienced Pokemon and took lots of time to train them to then make them equal leveled to their old Pokemon. This paids off. Literally.

33) Gyarados! Run for life !...and have to pay penalty.

Since Pokedex entry gives awaness they can destroy even cities, imagine how much goverment doesn't want them to even get close to the city.
Normally Pokemon trainers and their Pokemon would run from it(we don't talk about heroes, brave and bold ones which are eager to battle everything that moves, right?),
so I consider there might be even
international law(please excuse me while I have not nailed thought running through the head) that if a trainer notices Gyarados on rampage AND it can defeat it or at last call Pokemon ranger, it should do it. There are also Ace trainers which I think are having just a duty to battle Gyarados.

Like irl there are many red herrings just to excite us and distract from more important facts like actual politics, in Pokemon World there are many announcements are someone haven't stopped Gyarados. They're common, they get on rampage in wild, luckily far away from facilities, but media actually feed on this system...

I am sorry my Pokemon World is not an utopia or such complicated place....but you're always welcome to come...

34) This might feel to some like slap in the face when Weirda Mirrart will come to one of Kalos restaurants, but headcanon is...

Human eat Pokemon. as well as Pokemon eat other Pokemon. Like animals and plant irl, Pokemon are just another source of food.
Some are even overpopulated, so it's good there's for example one Pokemon Professor with his Krookodile to help ecoxystem from getting unbalanced :D

Truly, some Pokemon trainers catch too many rare predator Pokemon, which results with unbalance in ecosystem.
Pokemon World is WAY MORE complicated than we think

35) The basic and most important rule for competitive battles and ofte notr always) for Gym battles/E4 and Champion:

the last move or OHKO move from 4x weakness is NOT DONE, only announced/shouted from the trainer, but its Pokemon does NOT examine it.
The opponent cannot use the Pokemon that would...die from it as it's claimed it got defeated.

FAMOUS GLORY OF NUZLOCKE IS NOT FOR ME.
People doesn't want Pokemon to die, so I think this was had to become as one of rules of competitive battles.

Pokemon who participate competitive battles are also strictly trained for that, to cooperate with their trainers AND restraint their instincts, controll fully what they do.
That's also why ppl prefer to breed Pokemon and raise them from early age, from young for competitive battles as they are learnt and used to those rules since the beginning.

Hopefully it's understandable...

36) Hidden Power move is strongly associated with Pokemon's personality, because as it says, it's their power hidden in their mind. If Pokemon's Hidden Power is the same as its type, then the Hidden Power can be mastered to further, impressive level that other Pokemon with such Hidden Power can't. For example, a grass type with Hidden Power grass can control flora nearbly around it, sense the nature around, even recover plants at low level, even if it's still not the same what Meganium can do. The rest of Pokemon having Hidden Power grass wouldn't do so, because it's STAB in theory that helps master Hidden Power.

37) Legendary and mythical Pokemon: their relationship with people in past and why they're so rare nowadays?

The relationship you probably haven't known

Legendary and mythical Pokemon weren't seeked to be caught once proper version of Pokeball came out just because of their great power an abilities.
There was actually a darker side in them too, not only greedy humans. If you know my headcanon that Pokemon's intelligence grows greatly thanks to havign contact with humans, there's no doubt some mighty legendaries could quickly realize that humans can overcome the lack of using supernatural powers thanks to their intelligence, technology and even working in groups with good plan.
Some of course could feel afraid of losing their status or getting enslaved. Some would simply see how humanity takes or destroys their territory or favourite places, which of course could bring wars between humans and legendary Pokemon, some individuals would convice other of their kind to attack people or destroy cities in revenge.

Through the time, those wars caused population of all mythical and legendary Pokemon to drop even drastically and also that's why whole Lugia species lives in caves and underwater, unlike just few milion years ago.
That's also why in modern times, if any Pokemon trainers gets a chance to encouter such rare Pokemon, they rather start a fight, because mythical and legendary Pokemon keep aware younger generations among their kind about the history of human relationship with those Pokemon. Many choose to hide, many choose to keep Pokemon trainers away from their presence- mostly by cooperating with more common Pokemon to stay hidden and keep an eye on humans.
But some actually feel need to revenge and attack Pokemon trainers, so that's how most of trainers who caught a legendary or mythical Pokemon get those.

38) WHY Pokemon like Pidgeot, Dragonite or Crobat  have to learn fly by HM....if they're able to do so naturally.
And similar examples of this.
WHY?

Okay, maybe I won't even try to explain how we can fly thanks to such small Pokemon like Pidgey or Pidove, because in my Pokemon universe it's just impossible, but I can tell you my headcanon/fan-theory why Pokemon have to learn HM fly to allow us to fly on them. Also, why it doesn;t has 100% accuracy.

The move Fly is something to be trained, it's a specific technique only few Pokemon actually learn naturally.
One of examples is Salamence, because they're natural ambush predators that also can effectively utilize lots of oxygen and other gases found in the air and comprss them for this attack that we know on the battlefield as "fly". Also, this explains by the way why they get Aerilate ability in Mega evolution- their ability to utilize and compress such gases improves to imprssive level.

However, the rest of Pokemon have to save energy or their flight technique is just different. They have to learn how to strike down AND compress the air all around their body without creating too much of drag.
Sometimes they calculate the distance and speed wrongly or don't utilize the air correctly and thus they cancel their move and so they miss it. Or of course they create the drag, dive too slowly and their target avoids the attack.

Small Pokemon like Starly can learn fly and use it on the battlefield, but they're too small to carry us.
....I'm trying to think of something weird and uniqe around this, but that's the best what I can say for now around the Fly HM.
I'm thinking at the moment about a sale-off from payment to use special big Pokemon that learned Fly and carry us to the next place with such flyable Pokemon to be used for such task.
You don't get Fly for free anyway. And I have that headcanon there are lots of places all around the pokemon World to let us fly with borrowed Pokemon, like a Poke-taxi, because Pokemon are better than machines under many conditions and it seems more exciting to many young people.

39) This point is actually the idea around World-building in my Pokemon Universe and I feel it's not complete, but I would like to share it anyway;

The darker past of human and Pokemon relationship.

In the very beginning, people were almost helpless againist most of Pokemon, they knew it can be a scary World.
However, some Pokemon, especially psychic types like Kadabra or Lugia, saw potential in their intelligence, some felt pity, some were fascinated by humans.
That's when they have become human teachers and mentors, also learning about themselves as well.

However, the primal fear from Pokemon, the greed and secretly hidden agressiveness among leaders in people leaded to a horrible twist once they discovered that Pokemon aren't that powerful godly beings,
human's respect had fallen through the generations. Especially in need to deal with poison types instead of own pollution. People were blaming poison types for the smog and the pollution that was attractive to them.
Kanto region was probably the worst place in matter of human-Pokemno relationship turnout, in other regions it was more mild or more spectacular thanks to character of wars.

Same as irl wars brought so much harm, but also the intense development of technology, I see the same thing happened in the Pokemon World, but actually it started in more quiet revolution acknowledged by many, but those people who mark friendship in training Pokemon are those who want things to never happen again.

How it could happen if psychic Pokemon know Future Sight, are kind of superpower and far more intelligent than human?
...they wouldn't expect people to lead toward their primitive instincts, to betrayal and morbid pride that leaded them to try being surperior.

When Alakazam and Kadabra working with scientists thought they're working on machine to teleport and save their energy as well as let people discover new ways of studying psychic types and own human brain, they realized too late that they became slaves limited by their bodies- first through paralyzing, torturing, even damaging their brains, then through successful capture into prototype of a Pokeball, which brought fear to psychic types about losing their kids or leaving them without protection and guide through life which is much more valued among psychic types than it's among people.

Luckily, people understood what they have done also through wars between themself and nowadays, they're closer to balanced and fair relationship that can bring good to each side, people and Pokemon.

40)One of my ghost type headcanon:

Many of ghost type Pokemon of my pokmon universe are body host for a soul that "got second chance" or needs to get purified in punishing way, so it won't bring negative energy to spiritual dimension.

However, things aren't that happy about geeting "afterlife" as a ghost type Pokemon.

Every soul has own spiritual energy supply, which pretty much defines what it will become as a ghost type Pokemon.
Let me remind you my headcanon about Pokemon sizes is, the Pokedex mentions an AVERAGE size of Pokemon. There are bigger and smaller individuals.

Strong willed, experienced and determined souls are the only ones that got enough of spiritual energy to turn into strong and bigger ghost type, but most of time it's all at "cost"- the almost never remember their past life or have very small amount of memories, only the most important in their past life.

While young and easy to give up or lose hope souls are most likely weaker, with no perfect IVs
ghost Pokemon, because their "purpose" is not to battle or "serve" in the Pokemon World, but continue their lost or unrealized goal from their previous life.
They remember a lot from their past life, even to the greatest details, especially how they died.
However, once they'll die as a Pokemon, they'll lose almost everything if they luckily become again a ghost Pokemon.

When someone dares to use revive or revival herb on their ghost type Pokemon, it loses all of its memory and even can.....change totally, because the other spirit takes the body host, most likely an aggressive and violent one that has been waiting for such moment.

Which is when in my Pokemon universe the idea of Nuzlocke started- people started to fear greatly reviving their Pokemon, because of the "curse".

*YES, a Nuzlocke challenge is a thing in my Pokemon World, because I like to explain and develop things in my Pokemon Universe
:new:small and single update I remind about updated point 19- just because I like to complicate things and make my Pokemon world more complex haha :iconderpplz:
aaand thanks to my friend suggestion, I now think the phenomenom around professor Oak is explained for my Pokemon Universe.
(it's 6th point)

You see, I happen to have an idea that my main character of my main story, Weirda Mirrart, might never met prof. Oak, but she watched his David Attenborough-like Pokemon videos and then read about his actual state
-that sadly he doesn't continue those series, because of his disease.

I know most of people enjoy visual form mostly, but seriosuly...I am not a drawing machine :iconorzplz:

I THINK IT'S DONE. THE ULTIMATE WALL OF TEXT IS HERE....!

I decided to start and share a sequel to my story from the Sinnoh I have in my head, where Weirda Mirrart started her journey and so got introduced into important or just basic things for the Pokemon universe.
Why not from the beginning of her story to introduce readers to those things?

Because it will be more enjoyable and will make you feel what my Pokemon story is going to be.

Also because of some minor, but many personal reasons.

I tend to write a lot in description and my watchers would got annoyed by me mentioning again and again the same headcanon/theory or I would get mad as being asked again and again what's going on as ppl might not understand.

It's not I am -pardon being a bit rude- like a b***, but I think I'll just post a link and a number of certain point from this submission.
I hope it will work :aww:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please forgive me if I don't go from basics to in-deph things. I just wrote what I can put as final or almost final thought as well as translate -w-'

Your comment is welcome since I mostly dedicated that to share my thouhts. :iconnyanarceusplz: and again spam a lot of text
Albeit I won't hide, I am not computer and I needed to put them in one place.

Lots of interesting ideas. Some of which I have had as well. :)

I've got my own set but there are some good things to think about there and your version seems pretty nice and consistent.
