I was thinking for so long "Should I...did this? submitt here this?"
But sincerely, thinking about this great reference photos: [link]
and that I used this to draw realistic version of Pokemon(Excadrill, [link]), I decided to submitt this here if someone would like to have a help in mole's anatomy.
I...I hate my cat! I can forgive many lizards, mouses and even one common shrew, but two things I won't forgive:
A mouse with bowels out and this little mole.
Maybe it's boring for you, maybe not, but I would like to say some things that happened that day(14.07.2011)
I finished my Excadrill sketchs(something about 15, I decided to take a challenge by myself) and... I was still discontented, because refering to books and internet I was still has many problems. But...I started making an outline. Then I heard rustling grass behind window. It was a cat, also with mine. I screamed something to scare a cat. Few minutes later; another rustling grass. I thought: "great, this black cat again" and I looked through a window. Nothing. My cat was "taking death fun" with something small and black... I know how brutal method of killing cat has. But when I run, it was too late. This mole was death... First time when I saw a real mole, in time when I needed a help for this animal anatomy... I brought my brother's aparat and I started tooking photos. For a reference. For little tribute this great underground creatures.
You can surely use these photos as a help for mole's anatomy.

My miniature dachshund did the same thing! Except it was a gopher he killed... (Something must have been wrong with it, because it wasn't underground; it was walking on the sidewalk. It looked like it had been in a fight with another gopher). Too bad this little guy was at the wrong place at the wrong time.
But, I must say that this is a pretty handy reference. c:
